The Piatto Story

The Vallis family always loved pizza — Friday pizza nights were a tradition, and travel always became a chance to taste how other cultures made their pies. It wasn’t planned as research, just genuine love for dough, sauce, cheese, and the fun, relaxed atmosphere that comes with sharing a pizza.

Eventually, that passion turned into a vision: why not share it with others? So the family took a leap of faith and started Piatto, figuring that even if the business didn’t work out, they’d still have great Neapolitan pizza, Italian wine, and good coffee to fall back on.

Turns out, plenty of people shared that same passion — and they’re now part of the extended « Piatto famiglia. » Today, the focus remains on delivering the most authentic Neapolitan pizza experience possible.
