Yoga Nidra in Nature with Paula Smith
You’re invited to a peaceful and grounding Yoga Nidra session led by Paula Smith in the tranquil setting of the Gardens of Hope in New Glasgow. Known as “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative, guided meditation practice that helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and bring the body and mind into balance.
During this 60-minute session, Paula will gently guide you through a series of breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization techniques designed to lead you into a state of deep relaxation—while remaining awake and aware. All you need to do is lie down, get comfortable, and let yourself be guided.
No movement or yoga experience is necessary. This practice is perfect for anyone seeking rest, clarity, or inner calm. Let nature hold you as you rest, reset, and return to yourself.
