Move in the Gardens
Join us in the beautiful Garden’s of Hope for a 45-minute low impact movement class that blends pilates, strength & mindfulness into a full body experience appropriate for all levels. You will find modifications and gentle nudges throughout each class to listen to your body and stay in touch with your breath as you overlook River Clyde & indulge in the sights, sounds and smells of the gardens.
After class, nourish yourself with the Preserve Company’s very own “Fitness” herbal tea blend (Rooibos tea, verbena, lemongrass, blackberry leaves, balm herb, sunflower blossoms, liquorice root, cornflower petals) and a protein ball (gluten, nut and dairy free). Feel free to take a walk through the gardens or connect with other participants. Leave this experience feeling grounded, connected and energized to go about your day!
Please bring a yoga mat, water, bug spray & sunscreen, shoes are optional to wear during class. This class will take place under the covered terrace rain or shine, but in the case of cancellation due to extreme weather conditions you will be notified 2 hours prior via email. Please provide 12 hours notice for cancellation via email to email@example.com – no refunds will be permitted beyond this cancellation window.
