Acadian Day Celebrations “Franco-tour of PEI”

In Rustico, on Monday August 15th, we continue our tradition of tintamarre and traditional meal at the Farmers’ Bank! So, come and meet us at the Center acadien Grand-Rustico at 11 a.m. for the preparations for the tintamarre, the “Joggler Busker” will be among us and will guide us to the Farmers’ Bank for the start of the tintamarre at 11:30 a.m. The raising of the flag and the singing of the national anthems will take place just before a delicious meal offered by the magnificent chef Robert Pendergast! Everything is FREE!

We will continue our tradition of the noise-making parade “tintamarre” and traditional meal at the Farmers’ Bank! Let’s gather at the Center acadien Grand-Rustico dressed in Acadian colors with noise makers, we will make our way to Farmers’ Bank lead by the Joggler Busker, flag raising and national anthems will occur before the delicious meal prepared by Robert Pendergast. All this is FREE!
