Walk & Words is a curated outdoor book lover experience that blends gentle movement, meaningful conversation, purposeful connection, and the natural beauty of Cavendish. Set along scenic trails, Cavendish Beach and the scenic Gulf Parkway route of the Island Walk, this guided experience invites festival attendees to connect over books, reading habits and recommendations while immersed in one of Prince Edward Island’s most iconic landscapes.

This 5 km hike (approx.) will give you a chance to discover the trails in the area and let you explore what Island Walk is all about. You will have a multitude of photo opportunities. This event goes light rain or shine. Watch your email in case of very inclement weather.
