Accessible Beaches on the North Shore of PEI

Cavendish Beach

/ 1 lecture min

PEI’s North Shore is home to many stunning beaches and there are three beaches on the North Shore that have mobility mats and beach wheelchairs to maximize beach accessibility. Beach wheelchairs have thicker wheels so that they can roll onto the sandy beach. There are also beach wheelchairs that are designed to be buoyant so that users can get right into the water! Here is a breakdown of the services that Cavendish, Brackley, and Cabot Beach offer:

Cabot Beach Provincial Park
