Walk the Land. Hear the Story. Feast Over the Coals
Join Island naturalist Kate MacQuarrie for a guided walk along Rustico Bay, where you’ll explore the area’s rich natural and cultural history shaped over thousands of years, from Mi’kmaq knowledge to changing coastal landscapes. Along the way, you’ll learn about local plants, geology, and how people have lived with this land for generations. The experience wraps up with a traditional PEI meal cooked over the coals.
